Rationale:
We all know that the assistant role is far more than what
meets the eye. So often you are asked to organise fabulous events
for your company without being given the faintest direction
as to how to go about it. This interactive session will provide you
with the insight you need in order to put on a fantastic event;
whether it be a luncheon for 20 people or an evening ball for
200 people, you will learn all you need to know to ensure that it
is a successful event from start to fi nish.

Kaye Hodge is a highly experienced senior Personal
Assistant and has established and developed a
successful professional administrative working career
over the last 19 years. She is presently Personal Assistant
to the Director of Centre for Academic Development, The University
of Auckland. New to the University of Auckland in a PA role in
2003, she was instrumental in assisting the coordination and the
establishment of a new Centre for Flexible & Distance Learning.

activities require specifi c Project Management capabilities, while
juggling the endless lists of daily tasks and responsibilities.This
workshop will equip you with the skills you need in order to take
on any project or out of the ordinary task that is thrown at you
and masterfully execute in a seamless and timely manner!

email overload. Learn how to dramatically reduce the amount of
time you spend reading and handling email communication so
you can reduce stress and increase productivity.
